What words come to mind when you think of a leader? Who do you picture? What about a follower?

The Leadership and Group Dynamics Lab at UCR is the only Industrial-Organizational Psychology lab in the UC system. Led by Dr. Thomas Sy, most of our current research relates to implicit beliefs about leadership and followership. In addition, Dr. Sy has developed the MINDTAPP app. This mindset-training mobile gaming application helps users curate and condition desired mindsets while sharing their progress with followers on the app.
